Eco-Asset Lifecycle C.I.C. is currently in a rigorous "Founding Phase" as we build our Bletchley-based security hub. While our physical operations launch in Q1 2027, our commitment to your privacy starts now. We are currently registering with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Controller and adhere to all UK GDPR requirements.

2. Data We Collect Today

During this pre-launch period, we only collect data that you voluntarily provide through our "Founding Partner" inquiries or waitlist forms:

• Contact Details: Name, email, company, and job title.
• Purpose: To provide you with technical updates, launch milestones, and exclusive Founding 5 partnership opportunities.

3. Professional Hardware Data (Upcoming)

Important: We are currently undergoing environmental and technical audits. We are not yet accepting or processing commercial hardware. Once our 2027 operations go live, a full ITAD Data Handling Addendum will be published, detailing our NIST 800-88 sanitization protocols and chain-of-custody tracking.

4. Storage & Security

Your contact data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We never sell your information. Access is restricted to the Managing Director and our incoming Technical Director for the purpose of business development.
